Todd M. Price, MBA, Ph.D.(c), is a distinguished leader in the field of global security and counter-terrorism, bringing over 20 years of operational expertise as a retired U.S. Army veteran. As the President and Co-Founder of the Global Counter-Terrorism Institute (GCTI), Todd is dedicated to advancing innovative strategies and educational programs that address the complex challenges of modern security threats.
Todd's career is marked by significant contributions to counter-terrorism operations and international peacekeeping, earning him numerous accolades for his service and dedication to global security. Leveraging his extensive military background, Todd has transitioned his leadership into academia and organizational development, chairing the Master’s in Advanced Security Studies (MASS) program at the Paris Graduate School (PGS). Under his guidance, GCTI has established itself as a pioneering institution offering cutting-edge certificate, diploma, and master’s programs in counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, and international security.
An advocate for education as a cornerstone of global resilience, Todd plays a vital role in developing programs that combine theoretical frameworks with real-world applications.
